Germany: Stabo to distribute CELLFLEX®
 
An agreement struck between Radio Frequency System and RF technology distributor Stabo Elektronik GmbH has resulted in a Germany-wide distribution arrangement for RFS’s popular CELLFLEX low loss RF cable range.
Well known across Germany as a distrib-utor and manufacturer of quality RFproducts for voice and data-transmission, Stabo Elektronik enjoys a 40-year reputation for its high-calibre product range and prompt service.
The new agreement will see Stabo Elektronik provide nationwide distribution of the CELLFLEX range of foam-dielectric coaxial cable and accessories. According to RFS’s Regional Sales Manager Reinhard Pönopp, the most important outcome of this agreement will be speedy order turn-around and first-level product support, particularly for smaller RF installation companies and system integrators.
Stabo Elektronik’s support in this sector will, according to Pönopp, ideally complement RFS Hannover’s ongoing support of major customers in the region with specialised contractual and technical requirements.
An official launch of the RFS/Stabo Elektronik agreement was held at Stabo Elektronik’s headquarters in Hildesheim Germany on 27 July this year. Officials from both companies attended this event, including RFS Europe, Middle-East, Africa and India General Manager Dr Klaus-Dieter Mischerikow and the Managing Director of Stabo Elektronik, Helmuth Bormann.
“The popularity of the CELLFLEX product coupled with the nationwide reach and service of Stabo Elektronik is an ideal marriage,” Mischerikow announced. “Via Stabo Elektronik, we’re now able to provide the fastest possible cable order turn-around—in effect a ‘despatched next day’ service—for even the smallest quantity cable and accessories order. All this will be backed by Stabo Elektronik’s well-known customer service and support.”
