Compact MTP/MPO adapter with reduced flange. This adapter enables up to 12 backbone fibers to be connected to span connect and/or breakout cables without the need for additional protection in wall boxes or enclosures. The connection point for the MTP cables can be made simply within wall, floor or ceiling voids.
