Eduardo Motta Cruz joins the RFS Team as R&D Manager for Microwave Antenna Solutions
Hanover, October 1 , 2021 – Radio Frequency Systems (RFS), a global designer and manufacturer of total-package solutions for wireless and broadcast infrastructure, today announced veteran telecoms executive Eduardo Motta Cruz has been appointed Microwave Antenna Solutions R&D Manager at RFS.
Having started his career at RFS 30 years ago, Motta Cruz now returns, bringing with him a wealth of experience from multiple roles with tier one French operators SFR and Bouygues Telecom. He has also worked to establish a new telecommunications engineering course at the University of Nantes, while also holding the role of Director of the telecommunications and networks Chair at the university, which is dedicated to the development of high-level international research in the field.
Eduardo joins at an exciting time for the Microwave antenna systems division at RFS, following a successful year with the launch of the latest TowerBooster dual band solution which saw immediate traction with operators in North America and EMEA. He is looking to build on this, increasing RFS’s market share and working with operators to design solutions to address pain points around cost, performance and visual impact.
