RFS to showcase full mission-critical for vertical markets at Critical Communications World
Hannover, May 17, 2023, Radio Frequency Systems (RFS), a specialist in the design and manufacture of premium, future-ready cable solutions for customers across the globe, today announces it will exhibit its full range of mission-critical solutions at Critical Communications World stand N81.
The team on the ground will be able to walk through how these solutions have been deployed in the following vertical markets:
- Metro – RFS has delivered mission-critical communications equipment in more than 51% of metros worldwide including, New York Subway, London Underground, and Paris Metro.
- Mining – The RFS approach to mining environments uses RFS’s proprietary radiating cable to deliver consistent and reliable emergency coverage and is being used around the world including in gold mines in South Africa, coal mines in North America, and raw material mines in Zimbabwe and Mongolia.
- Private Networks – RFS has both the solutions and the expertise to allow businesses across a range of industries, from automotive to healthcare, to take advantage of private networks. One example is work with Taiwan TSMC on MVPN projects across 5 manufacturing facilities.
- Oil and Gas – RFS has decades of experience addressing unique challenges faced by the industry, with existing projects at oil rigs, floating platforms, and gas fields in Brazil, the Norwegian Sea, and the Middle East.
Among the solutions on show will be RFS’s full RADIAFLEX portfolio which is used in all the above verticals to deliver contoured, consistent RF coverage in even the most challenging of environments. It meets the highest European safety standards (CPR class B2ca s1a d0 a1) with the ability to maintain performance in extreme heat. The certification also confirms the cable will not drip in the event of a fire to ensure connectivity with no compromise on safety.
